Our products contribute to waste reduction through improved quality and fitness for purpose. Amongst the new products released by SERVO-ROBOT in 2011, we are particularly proud to mention Wiki-Scan, a wireless hand-held weld measuring and inspection system which is now available on the market.
Our dedicated welding and measurement solutions are in operation in pipe, tube and steel mills, as well as chemical, tank and vessel plants. They are used to produce wind tower tubes, automobile components, rail stock, excavators, ships, etc. In thin metal applications such as fuel tanks and aerospace components, our digital laser vision systems have become the solution to achieve predictable productivity.
In order to respond to increased market demand in Germany, last year SERVO-ROBOT Inc. opened SERVO-ROBOT GmbH, a new subsidiary of SERVO-ROBOT located in Karlsruhe, Germany. This is the next successful step in our continuing expansion in Europe.
