LAS-SCAN / BEAD-SCAN

LasScan/BeadScan systems are used for visual weld inspection of laser welded and brazed joints. These systems have been used in applications ranging from inspecting the full car body roof braze joint to checking for defects on tailor laser welded blanks. 

FEATURES / FUNCTIONS 

• System includes integrated dual sensors to allow for simultaneous geometry and small defects detection
• Seam finding is integrated into the system for part & joint location
