The Arc Scan system is the visual weld inspection and measurement system for arc welded components. It has been used in applications ranging from in-process real time weld quality measurement to offline auditing applications.  In all cases, the objective consistent measurements have proven to be far superior to the manual human inspection and provide more information than the periodic weld cross sectioning.
