LasScan/BeadScan systems are the visual weld inspection for laser brazing process. They deal with the very small dimensions of the pinholes to be detected compared to the large dimensions of a car body, the inaccuracy of its position and the complexity of programming the robot holding the optical measuring device.

Feature/Functions

  • System includes dual sensors to allow for simultaneous geometry and small defect detection
  • Seam finding is integrated into system for part & joint location.
